Zaxby's to open Laburnum location March 12

Zaxby's will open its fourth Henrico County location at 4798 South Laburnum Avenue Monday, March 12.
The chicken chain, known for its wings and chicken fingers, will operate from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (drive-thru open until 11 p.m.) Monday through Saturday and from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
To celebrate the grand opening, Zaxby’s will provide the first 100 guests in line at 10:30 a.m. March 12 with a Zaxby’s Deck of 52 Dealz, each valid for one week for the dates specified. The specials will include a free Meal Deal, a free Zappetizer and other items.
The Varina High School Cheerleaders will be greeting guests starting at 10 a.m. that day, and WTVR 98.1 FM will be present for a live remote broadcast from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The location will be the fourth for licensee Ryan Converse.
“Henrico County has been extremely helpful in making this project a reality,” said Converse. “The amount of excitement from the residents has gotten us really excited. Everyone has been extremely supportive, and we cannot wait to open our doors.”
Zaxby's was founded in the 1990s by two childhood friends. Today, it counts more than 800 locations in 17 states. It is headquartered in Athens, Georgia.
