2 West End schools report new COVID-19 case Nov. 11

Freeman and Glen Allen high schools each reported a new confirmed case of COVID-19 Nov. 11. For Freeman, it was the case in the past four months. It was confirmed Wednesday in an employee who was last in the building Nov. 6. No one else at the school is believed to have been exposed, according to school officials.
Freeman previously reported one case each during August, September and October.
At Glen Allen, the case occurred in a person who was last at the school Oct. 29 during an outdoor event. It was the first confirmed case reported at the school.
The new cases are the 66th and 67th reported at a total of 42 different Henrico schools since Aug. 12.
