A West End retail center has sold for $7.25 million.

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, purchased the Wistar Center, a three-building, 100%-leased flex industrial and retail center located at 8101-8157 Staples Mill Road, from Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller.

The center consists of just more than 49,000 total square feet, including a 20,436-square-foot Class A retail strip center and two flex industrial buildings totaling 28,656 square feet. Leased to 20 total users, the tenant roster includes a diverse group of flex and retail occupiers, such as healthcare users, service retailers, commercial contractors, and cybersecurity firms.

The sale closed April 27.
