A Far West End apartment community has a new owner.
Capital Square Acquisitions, LLC recently purchased Hickory Creek Apartments for $45.6 million from McCann Realty Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners. The community was built in 1984 and includes 294 apartments.
Hickory Creek is located near I-64 and I-295, just off West Broad Street. It includes a swimming pool with sundeck, fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pet park and car wash area. Apartments include fully equipped kitchens, walk-in closets, washers and dryers and wood- burning fireplaces.
Will Mathews, of the Colliers East Region Group; and Charles Wentworth, Rawles Wilcox, G.S Hankins, Victoria Pickett and Clay Ellis, of the Colliers Mid-Atlantic Team, represented the seller.
