The Weinstein JCC recently kicked off its lineup of in-person and virtual events for the 2022-2023 season of Arts + Ideas, an annual celebration of arts, culture, ideas and entertainment.

Highlights will include the 50th Anniversary production of Anything Goes in December, featuring some original cast members in the milestone production; an evening with award-winning actor Carolyn Aaron, a Richmond native currently starring in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime Video, in March; and a season finale in May featuring Americana band Nefesh Mountain, which mixes bluegrass, Celtic and Appalachian music with Jewish spirituality and soul.

The next in-person event, a book and author showcase, will take place Nov. 9 at 7 p.m., while upcoming virtual events feature Craig & Jeff Weiss in Fighting Back  (Nov. 7 at 12:30 p.m.) and Jean Hoffman Lewanda in Witness to History - From Vienna to Shanghai (Nov. 14 at 12:30 p.m.).
