, a faith-based after-school theater program, will present “Disney’s The Little Mermaid” at 7 p.m. Feb. 17, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Feb. 18, and at 2 p.m. Feb. 19 at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. Based on the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale and the wildly popular Disney film, this musical staging features all your favorite characters and the hit songs “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.” Tickets are $17. The Shady Grove Coffeehouse will continue its 21st season with The Anvil Brothers on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 11105 Cauthorne Road in Glen Allen. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door; teens are admitted at half price and children 12 and under are free. The Modlin Center for the Arts at the University of Richmond will present Third Coast Percussion and Flutronix at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19 in Camp Concert Hall, Booker Hall of Music. Flutronix (critically acclaimed flutists and composers Nathalie Joachim and Allison Loggins-Hull) and the Grammy Award-winning Third Coast Percussion (Sean Connors, Robert Dillon, Peter Martin and David Skidmore) collaboratively composed a new work inspired by musical games that tie the sound worlds of these performers and composers together. The program features solo sets by each ensemble in addition to their new co-created work. Tickets are $35 for adults, $30 for seniors, $10 for youth and $5 for UR students. Virginia Pride and community partners will host Rainbow Roll on Sunday, Feb. 19 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Roller Dome, 4902 Williamsburg Road in Sandston. This “All the Lovers” Valentine’s Skate Party is an all-ages and sober event. Red or pink attire is encouraged. Featuring performances by Stacy Max, a special guest and music by DJ Joey.
