The Shady Grove Coffeehouse at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 11105 Cauthorne Road in Glen Allen, will continue its 20th season with East of Monroe on Saturday, Mar. 12 at 8 p.m. East of Monroe is an Americana/bluegrass band based in Virginia and Maryland. Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden will offer the workshop “Creating a Kitchen Garden” from 9 a.m. to noon on Mar. 12.
