The Bizarre Bazaar's 33rd Spring Market will take place April 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., April 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and April 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Richmond Raceway Complex. Two exhibition buildings will feature vendors selling a variety of unique gifts, gourmet foods, fine arts and crafts, designer clothing, decorative accessories for the home and garden, jewelry, and more. The Central Virginia Dance Academy will present a full-length ballet of "Cinderella" at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. April 12-13. Cinderella is mistreated by her evil stepmother and stepsisters, but with the help and magic of her Fairy Godmother, she attends the Royal Ball and falls in love with a prince. Henrico Recreation and Parks will present Mountainfilm on Tour 2025 at Dorey Park on Saturday, April 12. Mountainfilm is an organization and festival of films about people, stories and ideas that celebrate the indomitable spirit. It is held each year in Telluride, Colorado, bringing together legendary mountaineers, environmentalists, filmmakers, authors, scientists, and artists. Enjoy outdoor activities, live music and vendors from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The movie will begin shortly after sunset. Bring a chair or blanket. Concessions will be available for purchase. The Shady Grove Coffeehouse at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 11105 Cauthorne Road in Glen Allen, will present Bill and Pam Gurley on Saturday, April 12 at 8 p.m. The Gurleys are a married couple with deep roots in the Tidewater area of Virginia. They started singing together on their first date and have been doing so ever since. Bill is a multi-instrumentalist moving from guitar to banjo to fiddle. He also writes many of the songs that they perform together. They perform a mix of folk, bluegrass and blues. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door; teens 13-19 are admitted at half price, and children 12 and under are free. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Coffee, tea, and baked goods are available for purchase. The Shady Grove Coffeehouse, a folk music concert series, is now in its 23rd season. RVA Tropical and Exotic Plants will host a plant swap at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden's Kelly Education Center Auditorium on Sunday, April 13 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Trade pest-free plants or cuttings at the free tables or browse through a wide selection of plants. Meet other growers and register for door prizes too. In order to be responsible garden stewards, vendors cannot sell anything from the Virginia State Invasive Species List at the Garden. Also, due to the Boxwood Blight outbreak and the safety of vendors and customers, Boxwoods or anything from the Buxaceae family are not allowed on the premises.
