The Craftsmen's Spring Classic art and craft festival returns to the Richmond Raceway Complex March 14-15 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and March 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hundreds of artists and craftsmen will be selling a variety of handmade pottery, jewelry, clothing, woodwork, glass, fine art, photography, home décor, specialty foods, and more. HATTheatre in Henrico's West End will present "Snapshots, A Musical Scrapbook" at 7:30 p.m. March 14-15 and at 2 p.m. March 16. The part revue and part book musical follows empty-nesters Sue and Dan on a poignant journey through their past, guided by a box of photographs and the memories the pictures bring to life. It showcases hit songs and hidden gems by composer Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell). Tickets are $30 for adults, $25 for seniors/students/military, and $20 for youth 17 and under. A cards and collectibles show will take place Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 7809 Woodman Road in Henrico. Hosted by Pirate Dog Cards & Collectibles, the show will feature buying, selling and trading of sports cards, Pokémon and other TCG cards, collectibles, and more. RVA LUG, the Richmond LEGO Users Group, will host its fourth annual RVA Brick Day on Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Guzman Community Center, 5200 Fitzhugh Avenue. RVA Brick Day is a free, family-friendly LEGO event for all ages. Members of RVALUG will be displaying their custom creations, including large LEGO buildings, space and sci-fi inspired designs, local landmark replicas, a LEGO City and Railroad layout, and more. Guests are encouraged to challenge their imaginations at a LEGO Creator stay and play area or stop by the DUPLO pit where little tikes can build LEGO bridges and towers from a huge DUPLO assortment. Henrico Recreation and Parks will present "HERstory: Select Stories of Women Interred at Woodland" at Woodland Cemetery, 2300 Magnolia Road in Henrico, on Saturday, March 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ranging from revolutionary members of the local medical field, Zenobia Gilpin and Elizabeth Gaiters, to community helpers, Elnora Branch, and educators, Florence Ragland, this tour will put a spotlight on these women and others like them who helped shape the region into what it is today. Discover more about their lives as you visit their final resting place at Woodland Cemetery. This free walking tour will cover a large portion of the grounds so participants should dress accordingly.
