The five-piece band features Elana Lisa on vocals, Eric Oritt on guitar and vocals, Ross Riddell on drums, Brian Sulser on bass and vocals, Allen Burris on saxophones, flute and clarinet, and David Triplett on trumpet. ComedySportz will present their hilarious, fast-paced and clean comedy at 8 p.m. Dec. 22 and at 7 p.m. Dec. 23 at the ComedySportz Improv Theatre, located at 8906-H West Broad St.  ComedySportz Richmond pits two teams, the Richmond Legends and the Virginia Hams, against each other in an improv battle for laughs and points as they make up scenes, games and songs on the spot based off of audience suggestions.  There is also a referee that calls the fouls and the national anthem is even played before each match.  The audience then votes for the winners.  Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.  For details, call 266-9377 or visit www.comedysportzrichmond.com.


The Richmond Funny Bone, located at Short Pump Town Center, will present comedian Micah “Bam Bamm” White at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Dec. 22 and at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 23. White was a top 10 finalist in the HBO Lucky 21 Comedy Competition, which consisted of 220 comedians. He has appeared in the TV series “Army Wives” and the film “Unstoppable” starring Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. He has a 100 percent return demand in every city he has performed in.
