JUNE 7CAT Theatre, 319 N. Wilkinson Road in Henrico, will present “Office Hours” by Norm Foster June 7-22. The 2019 Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival will take place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Richmond Raceway. All guests will receive a souvenir glass for unlimited tastings of 60+ beers and 40+ bourbons. There also will be a large barbeque selection, the Shrine of Swine, seminars in the Tasting Theater, live music, exhibits and more. The Adopt Haiti Project will present the RVA Caribbean Heritage Festival from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Dorey Park. The festival celebrates June as National Caribbean American Heritage Month. Radio One will present the 15th Annual Stone Soul Music and Food Festival at Virginia Credit Union LIVE! at Richmond Raceway from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The family-friendly event features local food and retail vendors and two stages for inspirational, R&B and hip hop music from national and local recording artists. The Avett Brothers, an American folk-rock band from North Carolina, will perform at 7:30 p.m. at Virginia Credit Union LIVE! at Richmond Raceway. The Avett Brothers’ ninth studio album “True Sadness” achieved their highest career debut to date and it dominates multiple charts.
