Dynamo Soccer Club will present its third annual Casino Night, “Games for Goals,” from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Dynamo Indoor Sports Complex at 8175 Mechanicsville Turnpike. Enjoy an evening of casino-style games, horse racing, raffles and door prizes, a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres, DJ entertainment and a cash bar. Tickets are $30 to $40 per person or $50 to $60 per couple. Ticket includes admission, one drink ticket and $10,000 casino cash. The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, in conjunction with the Latin Ballet of Virginia, will present El Día de los Muertos / Day of the Dead Festival from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This festive celebration of life will feature live performances by the Latin Ballet, dancing, music, sweets, treats and art activities. Costumes are encouraged. Mercado Muertos, a mini-shop featuring an array of themed gifts and art to celebrate the spirit of the dead, will have items for sale with most priced at $20 and under. The second annual Walk to End It, an event to raise awareness about human trafficking and to raise funds for Henrico-based Safe Harbor, will take place at Deep Run Park from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The course is approximately three miles. Well-behaved leashed dogs are allowed. ASL/English interpreter will be provided. Safe Harbor provides the support that survivors of sexual and domestic violence and human trafficking need to overcome their crisis and to transform their lives.
