Tuckahoe Pines Retirement Community holds groundbreaking

Resort Lifestyle Communities celebrated the groundbreaking of Tuckahoe Pines resort-style senior living community May 1.
The $30 million, 180,000-square-foot Tuckahoe Pines Retirement Community, to be located at 12330 Patterson Avenue, is the first RLC location in Virginia and will offer an all-inclusive experience for residents, including chef-prepared meals, entertainment options and a host of activities. Residents also will have access to an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop and salon – all of which will be open to the public.
On-site staff will provide assistance through the 24/7 emergency call system, appointment transportation, concierge services, and valet parking. Residents needing home health care have the freedom to contract with their choice of providers.
All-inclusive monthly rents are available for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
