A tractor-trailer crashed on the off-ramp of I-64 East at West Broad Street in Short Pump Thursday morning, forcing the closure of the ramp and eastbound West Broad Street. Henrico Police reported that the closure was expected to last for an extended period of time to allow hazardous materials cleanup. Two people were taken to a local hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
