TowneBank recently celebrated the official opening of its newest location with a dedication ceremony at the 8,000-square-foot facility at Short Pump Town Center.

TowneBank purchased the 8,000 square foot outparcel building at 11704 West Broad Street in March 2022 and renovated the space to house a banking center with private, commercial, and retail bankers, as well as offices for treasury and merchant services. There are future plans for TowneBank Mortgage and Towne Insurance to be on site, as well.

During a ceremony June 14, an audience of more than 150 people heard remarks from TowneBank President and Regional Banking Director for Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina Brian Skinner, TowneBank Richmond President Pat Collins, and Three Chopt District Supervisor Tommy Branin.

“We are thrilled to finally bring our services to Short Pump and Henrico County and become an integral part of this amazing community,” Skinner said.

Branch manager Reggie Crawford is joined at the location by private banker Arlen Penfield, commercial banker Shareema Williams, and merchant services advisor Annie Gonzalez.

To celebrate the opening, TowneBank presented charitable donations to two local organizations – the Henrico Community Food Bank, and Better2gether RVA (which provides support services to families of children diagnosed with complex medical illnesses).

TowneBank operates more than 45 banking offices throughout Hampton Roads and Central Virginia, as well as Northeastern and Central North Carolina.
