A group calling itself Democracy Circle RVA is planning what it has termed an “in-absentia" town hall meeting April 26 in U.S. Congressman Rob Wittman's First Congressional District, which includes Henrico's western half.
The meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. April

Zaffram first started Healing Circle Counseling as a solo practitioner on Feb. 9, 2012. But the
Kokosing, a family-owned construction company in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, has donated $25,000 to Henrico County Public Schools to support the student-involved renovation of the second floor of the ACE Center at Hermitage High School.
