The Killers to play Virginia Credit Union LIVE! at Richmond Raceway Sept. 25

Rock icons The Killers announced Monday that they will play Virginia Credit Union LIVE! at Richmond Raceway in Henrico Sept. 25. The show is the fourth currently scheduled performance on their U.S. tour.
Tickets go on sale Aug. 6 at 10 a.m. at http://www.vaculive.com and at The National box office, 708 East Broad Street in Richmond.
The band, which formed in 2001 in Las Vegas, is set to release its seventh studio album, Pressure Machine, Aug. 13. It comes just a year after the release of its sixth album, Imploding the Mirage, which debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Rock Albums chart.
The Killers, like most performers, did not tour in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The group has album sales of more than 28 million worldwide.
