Adaptive sports club Sportable was the beneficiary of $6,490 in donations from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer associates during the second quarter of 2024.

The funds were donated by Thalhimer employees through the companywide Thalhimer Gives initiative, which supports community involvement and charitable giving.

“Sportable is incredibly grateful to Thalhimer for their support and partnership," said Sportable CEO Hunter Leemon. "From volunteering at events, to providing support in our workspace to providing resources that help make our work possible, Thalhimer's impact on our work and mission has been tremendous. Our ability to execute our mission is made possible through community partners, and we are so honored that Thalhimer chose to partner with us - their support makes our work of impacting lives through sport possible.”

In addition to monetary donations, Thalhimer also provided Sportable with much-needed supplies and volunteer support.

"It’s hard to find a non-profit in our community that’s more active and more impactful than Sportable," said Thalhimer President and CEO Lee Warfield. "Their energy and enthusiasm is contagious. Our Thalhimer Gives team loved connecting with Sportable, helping at the 2024 Adult and Junior Division Wheelchair Basketball National Tournament, and volunteering at the River City Slam Wheelchair Tennis Tournament. The athletes and the Sportable team and their mission are truly inspirational."
