Teen in car shoots woman outside her Henrico home

Police are investigating a bizarre shooting in Henrico's East End early Saturday morning after a woman came out of her house to check on her children and their friends, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett.
Henrico Police were called to a report of a shooting in the 1100 block of Berryhill Road, which is off Osborne Turnpike and not far from the Pocahontas Parkway, at 12:20 a.m.
Loud music was coming from what was believed to be an abandoned car at the end of the driveway, according to Crime Insider sources.
