UPDATE: Sept. 16, 4:30 P.M. – Henrico Police have located Phillip Edward Williams, and he is safe. ORIGINAL ARTICLE – Henrico Police are seeking a missing 88-year-old man who was last seen leaving the 500 block of Airport Drive in Eastern Henrico Sept. 15 at about 9:30 p.m.
