Varina Ruritan Club honors 3
The Varina Ruritan club presented its annual awards Dec. 13 to honor a Henrico Police officer, Henrico firefighter and its “First Citizen of Varina.” Henrico firefighter Brad Bishop (of Station 18’s B-Shift) was named Firefighter of the Year.
