Missing Henrico man possibly seen in the county April 4
A Henrico man missing since April 3 may have been spotted the following day along Nine Mile Road, according to Henrico Police, who on April 9 released an updated photo of him. Seventy-three year-old Roy Otis Brown, Jr. went for a walk at about 3:30 p.m. April 3
