Henrico names Bowles as new top building official
Henrico County has named longtime staff member H. Bolman Bowles as its new building official, effective Nov. 16. Bowles succeeds Greg Revels, who retired after more than 26 years in the position. Bowles has served as deputy building official since 1998 and as a member of the staff since 1987,
