Henrico specialty center application window opens Nov. 16
Henrico County eighth-graders will be able to apply to the county’s high school specialty centers beginning Monday, Nov. 16. The application process is open through Jan. 15. The specialty centers offer students a chance to immerse themselves in an area of particular interest. Admission is open to current HCPS
