*Sponsored content*Hello, I'm Tommy Branin, your Three Chopt District Supervisor.

As your Three Chopt District Supervisor, I have always strived to balance economic growth with environmental sustainability. In these times of economic uncertainty and rising inflation, we have sought creative ways to keep our community working, manage costs, and stimulate our local economy, all while prioritizing the health of our environment.

We have a moral obligation to protect the natural resources integral to our community, and I have been steadfast in leading Henrico’s journey toward sustainability. We have made significant strides in this direction by installing solar panels on our landfills, schools, and government buildings. These solar installations not only reduce our carbon footprint but also save on energy costs, a saving that directly benefits all Henrico residents.

Moreover, we have transformed our landfills into fully sustainable entities, a move that speaks volumes about our commitment to environmental stewardship. It's not just about waste management; it's about transforming our waste into valuable, renewable energy sources and reducing the cost pressure on our taxpayers.

Our commitment to our natural resources is further reflected in our efforts to reduce the pollution of our waterways. We have implemented a new program specifically designed to reduce plastic bags and waste, a problem which pose a serious threat to our aquatic life and disrupts the ecological balance.

Beyond these measures we have been proactive in introducing bike lanes and sidewalks to promote healthier, more eco-friendly modes of transport. These initiatives not only encourage an active lifestyle among our residents but also contribute to reducing our overall carbon emissions.

The responsibility of the county extends beyond serving its current residents; it involves safeguarding our land and natural habitats for generations to come. Our efforts today lay the groundwork for a sustainable and environmentally conscious future for Henrico County.

With your continued support we can build on these successes and create a more sustainable, economically vibrant, and environmentally conscious Henrico County. But the journey does not end here. We have more work to do, more milestones to achieve, and I am committed to leading that charge.

My focus on economic growth, environmental sustainability, and fiscal responsibility is unwavering. However, to continue our progress, I need your support. Between now and Saturday, or on Election Day, November 7th, I humbly ask for your vote.

Together, we can continue to make Henrico County a place where people not only want to live and work but also feel confident in the knowledge that their community is being managed with an eye to the future.

Let's continue this journey together, for the sake of our community, our environment, and for the generations yet to come.

Sincerely,
Tommy Branin
Three Chopt District Supervisor
