Henrico Police say they have detained a suspect and have charges pending following a road rage shooting Friday morning.
The shooting happened around 10:15 a.m. Friday on Parham Road near Interstate 64.
According to police, two vehicles got into the road rage incident before the suspect opened fire on the other vehicle.

Police responded to the scene at 10:02 a.m. after receiving a report of a suspicious death. When they arrived, they found the body of a 20-year-old man, later identified as Angelo Barry Ramirez, of Henrico. Police have not released any information about a possible suspect. Anyone with information

The incident occurred in 3600 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike at about 8:30 p.m. Police arrived to find two men suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Forty-four year-old Darnell Lee Porter, of Henrico, has died from his injuries, while the second victim remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
