U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger (D-7th District) will host another telephone town hall meeting June 29 form 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to address issues facing Virginia’s families, businesses, seniors, and overall economy. The event also will be livestreamed on Spanberger’s website and congressional Facebook page.

During the event, Spanberger will answer questions from Virginians about her work and will give an update about a range of issues, including her legislation that recently passed the U.S. House that would help lower costs at the grocery store and the gas pump.

“From the rising cost of gas to the recent Dobbs decision, I have received many questions about how we can work together to respond to the concerns of Virginians, listen to the needs of our neighbors, and build a stronger future for Virginia,” said Spanberger. “Wednesday night’s event will be yet another opportunity for Virginians to ask me directly about my work in Congress and how I am working with both parties to solve problems — not just talk about them. I hope anyone in the Seventh District who would like to join will not hesitate to dial in — because my responsibility is to be accountable to the people I represent and bring their voices to Congress.”

To join the interactive event, constituents should dial in to 833-380-0670. To watch the conversation live, Virginians can visit spanberger.house.gov/live or Spanberger’s Facebook page during the event.

The event will be Spanberger’s 26th open, public town hall since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here to watch full recordings of previous events.
