Scott Road Overpass Bridge demolition to begin Feb. 26 in Henrico

Bridge demolition work on Interstate 95 in Henrico County will cause overnight lane closures on I 95 between Chamberlayne Avenue and the I-295 Exit (mile marker 85) from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting on Monday, Feb 26, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The project to remove the Scott Road Overpass Bridge is scheduled to be completed sometime in March. It originally was scheduled to be completed between December and January but was delayed.
The closures will include alternating single and double-lane closures in both directions.
