Richmond Volleyball Club will host its annual Monument City Masters tournament Saturday, March 14th and Sunday, March 15th at its RVC Byrdhill facility in Lakeside. The tournament is open to all athletes 40 and up. Teams travel from across Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Tennessee, and as far away as Ontario, Canada. Age-based divisions include Women’s 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+,65+ and 70+. Men’s also has a new 70+ division. Admission is $265 per team. The tournament includes a social after play on Saturday at the playing facility. All players are welcome to enjoy the food and beverages. A certified athletic trainer from Bon Secours will be onsite for injury assessment and Nimbus Massage will be available to athletes for free massages on Saturday afternoon.
