RVA Career Expo set for Oct. 20

The annual RVA Career Expo will be held Oct. 20 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, 2880 Mountain Road.Representatives from more than 60 area companies, businesses, educational and training organizations will be on hand to connect job seekers with jobs and internship opportunities at all experience levels. Candidates are encouraged to register online at https://richmondhokies.org/careerexpo and to upload resumes by Oct. 19 to receive an admission ticket.
Presented in partnership with the non-profit Career Prospectors job support group, the RVA Career Expo is a community-service event of the Richmond chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. The Expo is free and open to all; job seekers do not have to be Virginia Tech grads to participate. In the last 10 years, more than 10,000 job candidates have participated in the Expo and made connections with prospective employers.
