Route 5 Corridor Coalition to host Varina community meeting Feb. 6

The event will include updates about proposed developments and events in the community; updates about Varina Grove, and easements from Nicole Anderson Ellis; an update from Varina District School Board member Alicia Atkins; updates about a proposed data center and commercial development in Sandston; and updates about the Dorey Park Farmers Market and local farming community events, from DPFM owners John and Cappie Montgomery.
The meeting will be held in the Varina Meeting Room on the library's first floor (to the left, at the bottom of the main staircase). The coalition also will host a discussion about HenricoNEXT (the county's comprehensive plan update process) and the existing 2026 Comprehensive Plan. The event is free and open to the public.
