Richmond man dies after losing control of motorcycle in Henrico

Gary Cox died at about 4 a.m. on Brook Road near Wilmer Avenue after apparently striking the concrete median at the intersection of Brook and Wilmer Avenue and losing control of the vehicle, according to an initial police investigation.
When police arrived, they found Cox on the ground with signs of obvious trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
