Reynolds Community College will inaugurate Paula P. Pando as its fourth president at 10:30 a.m., March 29 at the Science Museum of Virginia.
Pando assumed office Sept. 1. She has nearly 25 years of experience in both public and private higher education. The daughter of immigrants, she was the first in her family to earn a college degree. She is fluent in both Spanish and English
The theme of the inauguration is "Equity Through Action" and will highlight Reynolds as an engine of economic mobility for the capital region.
