Primrose School at Westerre Commons, 3855 Westerre Parkway – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed mouse droppings and a rodent-gnawed package of tortilla shells in the cabinet; ceiling above sinks is dusty.

SEPT. 9

Laurel Hill Weekday School, 1919 New Market Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed food debris inside two black microwaves; frozen taquitos improperly thawing on the counter at room temperature; did not observe test strips for bleach sanitizer.

SEPT. 13

Vibra Hospital of Richmond, 2220 Edward Holland Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperature of gravy is too low; PineSol and grill cleaner incorrectly stored next to food products; single-service containers, spoons, forks and knives are not stored inverted; observed grime on walk-in cooler fan grates and light above the buffet line.

Hawk’s BBQ & Seafood, 8191-B Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: lights still need to be fixed; walls still need to be done.

Courtyard by Marriott, 10077 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: rolling rack is blocking a hand sink; observed food particles in microwave and on the slicer; mold found inside of ice machine; small refrigerator on cook line has a torn gasket; observed grease on pass through next to fryer and on the floor around the fryer; observed encrusted grease and food on stove burners.

SEPT. 16

Red Robin America’s Gourmet Burgers & Spirits, 11784 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: bar hand sink doesn’t have paper towels or soap and expo hand sink is missing soap; raw turkey burgers incorrectly stored over sliced deli turkey in the walk-in; can opener blade needs cleaning; condenser in bar refrigerator is leaking; observed grease and grime in gaskets and on pipes and shelves at the cook line; floor drains throughout the facility are dirty; walls near the back storage area are stained; hood filters are greasy.

SEPT. 17

Chopt Creative Salad Company, 11301 West Broad Street – No violations reported during a follow-up inspection.

DaVinci, 4933 Nine Mile Road – No violations reported during a follow-up inspection.

The Stables Market, 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard – No violations reported during a follow-up inspection.

SEPT. 20

Hyderabad Biryani House, 4040-H Cox Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: front hand sink is broken and unusable; back hand sink has an apron in it and is blocked by trash cans; both restrooms are missing paper towels; chemical dishwasher is broken; can opener and blade are covered in build-up; no date marks found on any foods that the person in charge said was made the previous weekend; cooking utensils are being stored in a pot of standing water at the cook line; single-service items at the prep unit are not stored inverted; cutting boards are discolored; one light is burned out under the hood and the back dry storage light is dimming; wire racks in the kitchen are rusty; inside of microwave and storage racks throughout the kitchen need cleaning; floors and walls are soiled, including inside the walk-in; ceiling tiles are discolored; hood filters are dirty.
