Regal Cinemas, 10091 Jeb Stuart Parkway – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: did not observe a certified food protection manager certificate; sanitizer bottle at three-compartment sink is empty; observed leak at hand sink in back/side room.

Bryan Park Bar and Grill, 5516 Lakeside Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: sanitizer level is at 0 ppm in dish machine; temperature of meats in refrigerator door are elevated; no consumer advisory located on the menu for eggs that can be cooked to order; a set of lights is not working; observed grease on floor behind cooking equipment.

Tiki Tiki, 8917 Patterson Avenue – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: knives incorrectly stored between table and wall.

Domino’s Pizza, 70 S. Airport Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: sanitizer level is at 0 ppm in three-compartment sink; bulk container of cornmeal is unlabeled; women’s restroom does not have a covered trash can; observed dried food debris on computer monitor; observed dried food debris and dust build-up on floors, especially under and between equipment.

Taco Bell, 11450 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed crumbs and debris on shelves on prep line; wall at three-compartment sink is dirty.

Rollerdome, 4902 Williamsburg Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility could not provide a certified food protection manager certificate; temperatures of mozzarella and pickle juice in reach-in cooler are elevated.

Sistar Seafood, 4844 S. Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: employees did not wash hands prior to prepping food and to-go trays; raw oysters incorrectly stored next to celery in the walk-in cooler; several pot lids, skimmers and utensils were stored with food debris on them; ice machine has black mildew on the inside; temperature of fish out soaking in lemon juice is elevated; personal items (hairbrushes and toothbrushes) incorrectly stored next to food prep; Windex incorrectly stored next to salt bowl; the walk-in cooler with crabs has a leak; cutting board at fish prep area is stained; walk-in freezer floors, walk-in cooler floor, reach-in freezer and fan guard in walk-in cooler are dirty.

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden, 11331 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: did not observe a ServSafe certificate; multiple employee drinks without lids and straws observed in the kitchen; observed employees using a bucket of standing water to “wash” their hands at the cook line after handling raw chicken (hands were rinsed and dunked, no soap or scrubbing); hand sink near the dish area is missing paper towels; uncovered raw chicken incorrectly stored next to uncovered paneer in the low boy; can opener blade is dirty; observed debris on utensils and dishes on lower shelves at the pass thru line; no date marks found on any prepared foods; cut tomato and cabbage were not cooled prior to being put in the make table; containers of food incorrectly stored on the freezer floor; glass bottles are being stored on ice inside the ice machine; handle of ice scoop was touching ice; cutting boards are deeply scratched and stained; wire racks in the walk-in are rusty; equipment surfaces on the cook line and floor under the cook line are dirty; shelves along the pass thru line are sticky; hand sink at the server station and bar both leak; leak found under the prep sink.

World of Beer, 11600 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: raw chicken and fish incorrectly stored above burgers in low boy; one faucet in the men’s restroom is broken; a light is burned out under the hood system; cutting boards at the make table are scratched and stained; observed a build-up of debris in gaskets along the cook line; floor drain under three-compartment sink is dirty.

Gino’s Ristorante Pizzeria, 10118 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: two uncovered drinks found on work tables; no sanitizer detected in the dish machine; soap incorrectly stored on top of the ice machine; floor is buckling in the walk-in cooler.

Casa Grande Restaurant, 10120 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility does not have a certified food protection manager certificate; several cans in dry storage are dented at the seam; raw meat marinating in tins incorrectly stored over kegs of beer; ice machine has a heavy layer of build-up and slime; tilapia and beef incorrectly thawing in reduced-oxygen packaging; containers of sugar and salt are unlabeled; to-go trays are not stored inverted; water is pooling under the prep sink; light over the dish machine and light in the mop room are missing protective shields.

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 1090 Virginia Center Parkway – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: dishes and strainer found in hand sink by dish area (hand sink is for handwashing only); hand sink by freezer is missing paper towels; observed build-up of grime in drink station ice machine; sanitizer level in dish machine is at 0 ppm; light shield in hood system is cracked; cutting boards on prep top across from cook line are deeply scratched and stained; observed food debris on lids of third pans in drawers and on sides of cooking equipment; observed dust build-up on fan grates in produce walk-in and walk-in freezer; observed food debris and dust build-up on walls and floors; ceiling tile is missing above water heater.
