Publix, 10150 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: blenders at Starbucks are only being cleaned nightly; observed working container of white powder without a label; observed low grout in the kitchen, especially in the dish machine area.

Lakeside Fraternal Order of Eagles, 3008 Lincoln Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed raw shell eggs incorrectly stored over ready-to-eat foods in the reach-in; inside of reach-in unit needs cleaning; observed receptacle in women’s restroom uncovered; floors throughout the kitchen need cleaning, especially behind the fryer.

Greater Hope Learning Center, 2001 Ginter Street – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: no certified food protection manager present.

Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: metered faucet at handwash sink is in disrepair; temperatures of chicken and cheese in prep unit are elevated; observed onions and buckets of chicken incorrectly stored on the floor in walk-in cooler; floor drains in washing area need cleaning.

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden Tea House, 1800 Lakeside Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed drain flies in rear kitchen; three low boy units are in disrepair; inside of low boy unit needs cleaning; observed leak from faucet at three-compartment sink; flooring is in disrepair and has low grout.

Starbucks Coffee, 1091 Virginia Center Parkway – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: establishment does not have certified food protection manager documentation; observed mold on ice machine shield; observed clean plastic bins stacked wet; floors throughout need cleaning, especially under the reach-in units.
