Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, 1601 Willow Lawn Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility does not have a certified food protection manager certificate; temperatures of beef, quinoa and pepper jack cheese in prep top unit in front service line are elevated; observed condensation dripping onto produce and other foods in the walk-in cooler; observed wet nesting of metal pans next to the walk-in freezer; cutting boards on the front line and on a shelf in back kitchen are scratched and stained; observed debris on racks in the back kitchen.

Ledo Pizza & Pasta, 4925 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed pink and black mold on plastic panel of ice machine in back kitchen and black debris on ice bin in front kitchen; observed debris on multiple knives on the knife holder above push cart next to the sandwich unit in back kitchen; temperature of mozzarella in prep top unit is elevated; chemical spray bottle incorrectly stored next to marinara sauce bottles on a shelf in front service area and waterpoor sealant incorrectly stored on top of a soda box in back kitchen; observed wet nesting of metal pans on a clean rack next to the ice machine; observed a torn gasket in low boy unit next to the convection oven; debris found inside of can opener on the prep table, in between equipment and under grill on the cookline, under fryers on the cookline, on hood filters above the convection oven, outside of plate on push cart, on convection oven, in between gaskets, on racks throughout the kitchen, on pipes of soda boxes and on fryer baskets on the cookline; soot found on bottoms of pizza pans in the prep area; observed unnecessary/castoff items (tool box, tolls, calendar) stored on soda boxes; low grouting found throughout the facility; observed debris and stains on walls and ceiling; standing water found in between tiles in front of the mopsink; fan guards throughout the facility are dusty; observed debris/trash on floor under ice bin in front service area; observed an employee’s jacket incorrectly stored on top of food on rack next to the walk-in cooler.

La Cabaña, 4086 Crockett Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed cleaning material and food scraps in the handsink (handsink is for handwashing only); observed raw chicharrons incorrectly stored next to and above cooked products in the reach-in unit; observed raw chicken incorrectly stored above other meats in the reach-in unit; sanibucket incorrectly stored on food prep surface above and next to foods; spray bottles of bleach water are not labeled; observed frozen containers of food improperly thawing on counters at room temperature; observed knives stored in standing water at the make table.

MOD Pizza, 5466 Wyndham Forest Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility does not have a certified food protection manager certificate; observed discolored/stained cutting boards at the back dish rack; floor drain at the three-compartment sink is dirty with food debris.

Panera Bread, 4483 S. Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed a build-up of debris on racks, gaskets and inside of units; observed a build-up of mildew on racks in the walk-in; observed a build-up of old food and grime on floors throughout the facility.

Sandano’s, 11389-B Nuckols Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed a dark brown substance build-up along the interior edges of the ice machine; observed unlabeled spray bottles of blue liquid; observed grease and food debris on floor under and behind the cookline.
