Jason’s Deli, 1700 Willow Lawn Drive, #107 – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed raw eggs stored improperly; observed incorrect cooling methods for cut lettuce and turkey; observed heavily scratched cutting boards in the kitchen; debris found on several areas on front line, under convection oven, in between gaskets, inside of storage containers and on chemical cart in kitchen; pooled water found in low boy unit on line; observed soot on bottoms of pans next to the handsink near walk-in closet; observed handsink slow to drain in back kitchen; observed dust on fan guards in walk in closet and soda on the floor in dry storage area; observed stains on the walls in dish area.
Subway Sandwiches & Salads, 1216 N. Concord Avenue – The following violations were reported during a recent inspection: observed sliced tomato in the walk-in closet and chicken breast on line at improper temperatures; observed metal food containers stacked wet.
Arby’s at Tuckernuck Square, 9080 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed chicken salad and tomatoes at improper temperatures; observed low grouting throughout the facility.
Tiki Tiki, 8917 Patterson Avenue – No violations reported during a follow-up inspection.
Peking Restaurant, 8904-F W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed multiple soiled wiping cloths on surfaces throughout cookline; observed multiple torn gaskets on low boys on cookline; observed dust on sides of equipment, outlets on cookline and shelves used for dry storage; observed build-up of debris on gaskets of unit and around the rim of rice hot holding unit; nozzle on hose at mop sink is without a proper backflow device.
Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, 10177 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed potato on rack uncovered; observed mold on the ice machine chute; raw ground beef patties and sliced tomato found at elevated temperatures; reach-in freezer is in need of defrost.
Ray’s Other Place, 3061 Lauderdale Drive – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

Burger King, 1013 Parham Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: sliced American cheese found at an elevated temperature; observed incorrect cooling methods for lettuce and sliced tomatoes in walk-in closet; observed utensils being stored on a dirty wall in between crevices above three compartment sink; observed uninverted to-go trays on line and to-go cups stored on the floor near the go-to area; observed a gap greater than one inch on the hood filter on cook line; observed heavily scratched cutting board above the three compartment sink; debris found on several areas on cook line, on shelves, in between equipment, under fryers, under hood, on top of ovens and on sides of the milk shake machine; observed water in a container with to-go sundae cups and outside of condiment trays; observed low grouting throughout the facility and a ceiling tile in need of repair above order screen on the cook line; observed grease, debris and stains on floors, walls and ceiling throughout the facility; mop sink found dirty.
Poke Sushi Bowl, 11628 W. Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed mold/mildew in holes of the strainers used for tea; observed chlorine sanitizer greater than 200 ppm on the serving line; recently prepared boba and soba noodles were found uncovered in the refrigerator and soba was stored in a deep container instead of a shallow pan; observed heavily scratched cutting boards.
Bojangles, 8823 Staples Mill Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: women’s restroom didn’t have paper towels; observed mold build-up in and around soda nozzles and in grooves of the ice machine interior; observed grease build-up on fryer boxes; observed a leak under the chicken prep sink; trash found behind the ice machine.
Spoonbread Deux, 3416 Lauderdale Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: no certified food manager on-site; can opener found dirty and slicer has food debris; observed fresh mozzarella, crab and demi glace at elevated temperatures; no date observed on opened cream cheese and mozzarella; observed incorrect cooling method for sea bass; spice and salt were found unlabeled; observed copper cups being used for saucer (copper is not permitted for food service); drip trays, spray hose attachment, mixer splash, microwave interior and warmer cabinet condensate tray found soiled; spray hose attached to mop sink faucet does not have a proper backflow device; observed leak in spray hose; conduit running along the walk-in ceiling, floor edges in the dish area and the floor under the two compartment sink are dirty.

Sleep Inn—Richmond, 950 E. Parham Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed milk in the small reach-in unit with an elevated temperature; small reach-in freezer is in need of defrost.
Domino’s Pizza, 1601 Willow Lawn Drive, #103-D – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed ham, cheese, beef and chicken at improper temperatures; marinara stored at room temperature did not have a correct discard time; observed uninverted to-go trays on line; observed elevated air temperature of prep top and low boy unit; observed debris on shelves, side of sandwich unit and on racks throughout the kitchen; observed dust on fan guard in the walk-in closet; observed debris on floors and outside of pizza oven; observed stains on the wall at the three compartment sink; observed low grouting on floors throughout the facility.
Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, 4026 Glenside Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: prep line handsink is missing paper towels; gaskets throughout the kitchen found with food debris; observed stains on the walls throughout the facility, especially under/behind the three compartment sink.
Balkan Restaurant, 8905 Patterson Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: no certified food manager on site; handsink is missing a handwashing sign; observed raw beef improperly stored above cooked food; drip trays found soiled; hood filters are in need of cleaning.
