Vampire Penguin, 11345 Nuckols Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: food protection manager certification is expired; trash can in bathroom doesn’t have a lid.
Dunkin Donuts, 3125 Lauderdale Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: there is a y-connector with spray nozzle attached to the mop sink faucet without the proper backflow prevention device installed; dumpster area is dirty and surrounded by loose trash and debris.
Habanero Mexican Grill, 9101-A Quioccasin Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility doesn’t have a valid food protection manager certification; food staff are preparing pico and handling onions with bare hands; temperatures of sliced tomatoes and pico prepared this morning in lowboy are elevated; temperature of cheese in front reach-in is elevated; cooked black beans made yesterday and other foods are not date marked; cooked meats pulled from the freezer are not redated.
Cheng Du Chinese Restaurant, 9503-C West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: can opener blade and slicer are dirty; white powders on spice cart are unlabeled; fly traps are full; observed many mouse droppings on floor and shelves in dry storage room; fryer basket is bent; walk-in cooler racks are rusted; observed grease buildup on hood and fire suppression nozzles; dumpster lid was left open.

Sushi Kingdom, 4300 Pouncey Tract Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: paper towel dispenser is empty; first hand sink in kitchen doesn’t have hand soap; dishwasher is dispensing 0 ppm chloride sanitizer; spray bottle containing a yellowish liquid chemical is unlabeled; bulk bins in dry storage room are unlabeled; raw shrimp is correctly thawing under running water in the prep sink but it is still in its reduced oxygen packaging; large buckets of soy sauce are stored directly on walk-in freezer floor; gasket liner on right-side door of reach-in freezer is torn; fryer baskets have broken metal pieces; long cutting boards on prep line are heavily scored and stained; wire racks in walk-in cooler are covered in grease buildup.
Zero’s, 3073 Lauderdale Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperatures of salami, sliced turkey and shredded lettuce in left side of prep unit are elevated; gasket liner on right-side door of prep unit is torn; gasket liner on left-side door of reach-in unit is torn; no bleach approved for food-contact surfaces is available for inspection; there is a direct plumbing connection underneath three-compartment sink.
Greek Cuisine, 11214 Patterson Avenue – The following violation was reported during a follow-up inspection: person in charge doesn’t have food protection manager certification.
Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant, 8415 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: dried food debris found on slicer; juice reach-in cooler gasket is torn and racks inside are rusted; grill hood is greasy; floor tiles near dishwashing area are cracked.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, 7000 Forest Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: there is 0 ppm sanitizer in dish machine; observed small flies throughout kitchen; there is grime buildup on cook line equipment, across from cookline and on outside of reach-ins.
Burger King, 5450 Glenside Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperature of chicken nuggets in hot holding is too low; observed food debris and stains on reach-in cooler and freezer door gaskets; vents of frosty machine have dried food/beverage residue on them; sides and tops of cooking equipment (deep fryers, steamer, etc.) are dirty; floor fan is dirty; walk-in cooler fan guards are dusty; observed grease, food debris and grime on floors underneath deep fryers and steamer/three-compartment sink; observed grease and soot buildup in deep fryer and on charbroiler hoods.
Click, 409 North Ridge Road – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: pickled veggies and other prepped items are not date marked.
Panera Bread, 1370 North Parham Road – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: dish machine sanitizer concentration is too low; refrigerator repairs are in process; floor drains and surface where soup cups and lids are stored still need cleaning.

Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits, 2318 East Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: small amount of pink mold found inside ice machine; dried food debris found inside microwave; quat sanitizer concentration in three-compartment sink and sanibuckets throughout kitchen is at 0 ppm; metal raw chicken pans and lids stored “clean” on rack are still dirty; observed staff use sanitizer cloth to wipe up a spill from a non-food contact surface, wipe up spill from kitchen floor, and then rinse towel in hand sink and continue to use cloth to wipe down non-food contact surfaces; wire storage racks are greasy and encrusted with flour; sugar and flour bulk bins, raw chicken storage shelf in walk-in cooler and space behind bun toaster are dirty; there is stuck-on food debris and crumbs on interior bottom shelf of reach-in freezer; observed grease residue on top of chicken warmer; side of hot box and reach-in freezer are dirty and greasy; mops are not hung or inverted to air dry; ceiling tiles in mop sink area and kitchen are stained; ceiling tiles near ventilation are dusty; walk-in cooler floor under raw chicken storage shelf is dirty; observed grease, trash and food debris on floor under deep fryers.
Sparrow’s Pizza, 6313 Rigsby Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed buildup on racks in reach-in by pizza prep; there is some debris in bottom of units and on outside of units.
88 Street Food, 5905 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: employee touched vegetables in ready-to-eat noodle bowl with bare hands; hand sink near cook line doesn’t have paper towels; rice scoop is stored in ambient temperature water.

Einstein Brothers Bagels, 5607 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperatures of sliced brisket, sausage patties and cream cheese in prep coolers are elevated; racks in lowboy cooler and walk-in cooler are rusted; the y-connector at mop sink doesn’t have the proper backflow prevention device installed.
