Trolley Eats & Groovin’ Gourmets, 8501 Sanford Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed an employee handle dirty pans and then touch clean equipment coming out of the dish machine without washing hands first; dish machine tester is not reaching the required temperature; single cutting boards are heavily scratched; wire racks in dish area are rusty; observed grease and food debris on shelves, under grill and flat tops, and inside hand sink in dish area.

Taco Bell, 11242 Patterson Avenue – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

Mr. Wong II Chinese Restaurant, 8715 Shrader Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed an employee eating and then continue to roll eggrolls without washing hands first; temperature of garlic in oil sitting on prep unit is elevated; fryer baskets are in disrepair; eggroll baskets and walk-in cooler racks are rusty.

Glory Days Grill, 10466 Ridgefield Parkway – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed cook handle raw meat with gloved hands and then handle utensils and touch other surfaces without changing gloves and washing hands; facility couldn’t provide parasite destruction documentation from salmon supplier; sanitizer concentration is 0 ppm in bar dish machine, even after several runs; chicken wings and boneless chicken wasn’t cooked to sufficient temperature and time to eliminate pathogenic bacteria; facility is cooking raw animal foods (chicken) using a non-continuous cooking process, but doesn’t have the proper written procedures in place; temperatures of two pans of macaroni and cheese prepared the previous day are elevated; temperatures of several individually wrapped meatloaf in cooler drawer and two containers of coleslaw in walk-in are elevated; cleaning spray bottles are not labeled with the chemical name; observed several pans of food being covered before the food properly cooled; employees are not using thermometers to monitor temps during the cooling process; open boxes of food incorrectly stored directly on walk-in freezer floor; single-service and single-use articles are not being handled and displayed in a way to protect from contamination; single-use articles are also stored on dirty surfaces above the prep line; several wire storage racks are rusty; fryer baskets are in disrepair; containers and lids are broken and/or cracked; cooler drawer on the cook line doesn’t close properly; prep and all single cutting boards are heavily scratched and stained; observed dried food debris and dust buildup on surfaces of all wire storage racks, fan systems in walk-in cooler, monitors, cables, shelves, bread bins, rolling carts, and under grill; there is food splatter and mold on walls, ceiling panels, and floors throughout kitchen.

IHOP, 10151 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: cook is wearing bracelet while prepping food; there is heavy ice buildup on reach-in freezer and around door of walk-in freezer; temperature of drawers under grill is elevated (drawers are not in use); mops are not being hung to air dry.

Farm and Oak, 3601-A Cox Road – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

White Tiger Indian Restaurant, 3991-K Glenside Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperatures of open carton of heavy cream and chicken are elevated; several pans of cooked meats and vegetables in the walk-in cooler are not date marked; three bowls of condiments on table in front of entrance door are uncovered; rice scoops are stored in water at 78 degrees.

Los Panchos, 1517 North Parham Road – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: temperature of queso in warming cabinet is too low; temperature of horchata in dispenser is elevated; dual check valve is required where spray hose is attached.

Arby’s, 5205 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: restrooms do not have handwash signage posted; can opener blade has dried food debris; rubber door gasket on freezer is torn; rubber door gaskets on reach-in coolers throughout kitchen have food debris on them; dry storage and walk-in cooler racks are dirty and moldy; observed grease residue and/or food debris on top of fried food warmer and on sides of equipment; observed food debris inside sandwich prep table; dumpster doors were left open; wall behind roast beef warmer has dried food stains; observed grease residue and built up food debris on floors underneath deep fryers; floor and wall near three-compartment sink is dirty; floor drains throughout kitchen are heavily stained/dirty.

Francisco’s Pizzeria, 5646 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility doesn’t have a certified food protection manager; nozzle at three-compartment sink is hanging into the sink.

Five Guys Burgers & Fries, 1071 Virginia Center Parkway – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

Go’Dragon Asian Grill, 4945 Nine Mile Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: did not observe any date-marked food items in the kitchen; white powders on the cook line are unlabled; food is incorrectly stored directly on walk-in cooler and freezer floors; cutting boards in kitchen are heavily scratched and stained; do not use cardboard to line shelves behind three-compartment sink; observed heavy grease buildup on sides of cooking equipment (fryers, wok station, grill) and on hood filters; fan guards in walk-in cooler are moldy; walk-in cooler racks are dirty; observed debris/buildup/grease on floors and walls in kitchen, especially cook line and dish areas; ceiling tile in front service area is stained; vent fans in front service area are dusty.
