Red Roof Inn, HomeTowne Studios open in renovated Sandston space

The dual-branded Red Roof Inn Richmond–Airport/Sandston and HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Richmond has opened at 5209 Williamsburg Road in Sandston, with a total of 103 rooms.
HomeTowne Studios offers 51 extended-stay rooms with kitchenettes, refrigerators, microwaves, and activity tables with chairs. The adjacent Red Roof Inn Richmond offers 52 rooms. Both properties offer free Wi-Fi and a coin laundry, and the Red Roof Inn is pet-friendly.
The two buildings were renovated at a cost of $300,000 by owner Shree Hari Hospitality 1 LLC. The process included the addition of new bed and bedding, renovated guest bathrooms, and a fresh lobby.
Similarly co-branded properties opened earlier this year on West Broad Street.
