Henrico Police have arrested a 22-year-old Henrico man and charged him with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the Jan. 13 shooting death of a 21-year-old Henrico woman.
David Wayne Dykes is charged in the incident that left Jessica Brianne Rogers dead. Police responded to the 4100 block of Townhouse Road at about 10:25 p.m. that day following reports of a shooting.
Dykes is currently incarcerated in the Henrico County Jail.

Police responded to the scene at 10:02 a.m. after receiving a report of a suspicious death. When they arrived, they found the body of a 20-year-old man, later identified as Angelo Barry Ramirez, of Henrico. Police have not released any information about a possible suspect. Anyone with information

The incident occurred in 3600 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike at about 8:30 p.m. Police arrived to find two men suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Forty-four year-old Darnell Lee Porter, of Henrico, has died from his injuries, while the second victim remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
