Petersburg broke on top and refused to fold in holding off Phoebus 59-51 in a Virginia boys basketball matchup.

The Crimson Wave’s shooting moved to a 23-22 lead over the Phantoms at halftime.

The clock was the only thing that stopped Petersburg, which enjoyed the upper hand in a 36-29 final quarter, too.
