Willis Robert Worley, 86, of Richmond, passed away December 1, 2024. Born in Lynchburg, VA, he was the son of the late Rev. Robert and Elsie Carwile Worley. He is survived by his wife, Aline Cavalcanti; daughter, Cheree Worley; two granddaughters, Jordan Harris (Matt) and Bailey Driskill (Blake); three great-grandchildren, Gresham Harris, Ayla Harris and Isley Cox; lifelong friend, Norton “Skeeter” Bowman; and good friend, Ricky Driskill.

Willis had a long and varied career including brakeman for the C & O Railroad, owner of Sunday Junction Restaurant, salesman for Richmond Food and Warner Lambert, real estate broker, zoning matters for the County of Henrico and cook at Westbury Pharmacy Deli.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, December 9, at the Central Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 3215 Cutshaw Avenue, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 10. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project.
