Miller, William “Billy” Louis, 78, of Henrico, passed away on December 28, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Diana Miller and daughter, Kimberly Anne Boone.
Billy was a HVAC Superintendent for Richmond Housing Authority and was an avid member of the Sandston Moose Lodge and Fellowship Hunt Club.
He is survived by his son, Timothy William Miller and his wife, Erin Ivy Miller; sister Joann Mills and husband, Roy; friends Boogie and Janice Seal, Jerry and Sue Davis and Pat Maxie.
The family will receive friends 4 to 7 pm, Monday, January 8 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave.
A graveside service will be conducted 2 pm, Tuesday January 9th at Willis Church Cemetery, 8360 Willis Church Rd.
