William "Billy" Ellwood Anthony, Jr., 61, of Highland Springs, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Ellwood Anthony, Sr. and Gail Ann Nicely Anthony and his brother, Jerry Lee Anthony. He is survived by his longtime companion, Shelia; youngest brother, Wendell Corey Anthony (Brooke); sister-in-law, Lori Gail Anthony; nieces and nephews, Braxton, Heather, Hunter, and Logan; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Billy was a retired electrician, who loved spending time working in his garden and fishing.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. in Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr., Sandston, Va. 23150. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.nelsenrichmond.com.
