Obituary - Wesley Joe Kellams

KELLAMS, Wesley Joe, 85, of Highland Springs VA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Wanda F. Kellams; brother John D. Kellams; stepbrother Harold Kellams; daughters, Elizabeth and Barbara Kellams; stepchildren, Donna Haller (Chris), Roland Bland, Jr. (Christy), William Bland (Janet); and many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Joe served faithfully in the U.S. Army and retired as a Sergeant First Class after 40 years of service, he also retired as Captain from the Henrico County Fire Department after 35 years. A memorial service with Masonic Rites will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Bennett Funeral Home, Mechanicsville Chapel, 8014 Lee Davis Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude’s or St. Joseph’s Indian School.
