Wanda Presgraves Weakley, 86, of Richmond, passed away October 28th, 2024 at Discovery Village at the West End. Born on March 28, 1938 in Luray, Virginia to the late Ronald T. Presgraves and Beatrice Seal Presgraves. One of eight siblings, she was preceded in death by brothers, Barry Presgraves and Douglas Presgraves; and five sisters, Norma Breeden, Janice Courtney, Loris Cubbage, Patsy Hilliard, and Lorraine Keyser.

Wanda married the late Robert Marshall Weakley, of Stanley, Virginia and moved to Richmond in the 50’s. Wanda spent her career with the Commonwealth of Virginia, Council of Higher Education and retired in 1993. She was very active in the Women of the Moose, Manchester Lodge 1078 with the honor of Senior Regent. Wanda and Robert had one son, the late Jonathan Joseph Weakley, and two grandchildren, Marshall Newman Weakley (33) and Amanda Jean Weakley (31); all of Richmond, VA.

A graveside service will be conducted on November 4th, 2024 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens at 2 PM. A special thanks goes to the memory care management and staff at Discovery Village at the West End.
