Tom moved to Richmond, VA, where he worked for Verizon Telecommunications until he retired. Tom loved to sing, and in his younger days was the lead vocalist in a band called the Esquires.
Anyone who had the honor of knowing “Tom Brown” will always remember him as a kind, patient, driven and impeccably dressed man, who embraced everyone he met with love, understanding, and gentle ways. Tom was a spunky and witty man with an infectious laugh who loved his family, sports and was passionate about his UVA Cavaliers. As a dedicated and active member of St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church, Tom was a proud and hard-working volunteer of the Lebanese Food Festival. Tom was a “first-class”, true Southern Gentleman, and a “ladies’ man”, who liked his clothes pressed, his food hot, and his “Jack” on the rocks.
