Obituary - Terry D. Ely

Terry D. Ely, 67, of Henrico, VA., passed away April 15, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Virginia Ely. He is survived by his daughter, Diane Henry; son, Derrell Ely; grandchildren, Gavin, Peyton, and Ryley Riggle, and Euzeb “EJ” Henry; sisters, Tamie Ludwig and Marsha Dale; brother, Mike Ely, and his best friend, Teresa Hansen.
After four years in the US Navy, he joined the Air National Guard, and retired as a Master Sargent. Terry was an active member of Highland Springs United Methodist Church, and sang in the choir.
Terry was a kind, gentle soul who went to be with the Lord he loved, and he always put his grandchildren first. Services will be announced at a later date.
